GameBlast 2022 was our best yet!
SO much to say SO little space
Support and Donations came from all over the world in 2022, with content creators from all parts of the globe taking part. Singing, dancing ( some we NEVER want to see the likes of again ) and gaming, as well as competitions, eating things you really shouldn't and really bad drawings took centre stage. Streamers, big and 'SMOL' got involved, supported each other and joined together to make a huge difference to a great charity. In total our small band of friends raised over £6,000 and GameBlast as a whole over £100,000 over the weekend
SpecialEffect provides inclusion through adapted technology to those with physical disabilities and in the years we have been raising funds for SpecialEffect our community teams have raised over £35,000
What we did in 2022
Dancing, Eating and Raising Money
United Communities was my very own passion project filled with unique and engaging content.
As we expanded and grew, more people become involved, more creators, streamers, more people behind the scenes with some years topping 30 plus people. For a small community we do BIG things, supporting everyone, no one is left out or feeling unwanted. 2022 was a year for strong bonds with new and old working alongside each other, truly being #OneCommunity
